It's has the largest telescope ever used for research in the world. For decades, this was the epicenter of astronomical discovery, and giants like Albert Einstein and Carl Sagan have stood. Our lake life offers the most beautiful lake in the Midwest, but with a quieter, more authentic vibe. The public beach is a fantastic spot for a swim or a picnic with stunning views.
