Located on the Balboa Peninsula in beautiful Newport Beach, California on the corner of 32nd Street & Balboa Blvd. There are plenty of homes on the Balboa Peninsula, but none quite like this one. This modern, stylish 2 bedroom home offers an ideal port for you to set sail into the perfect oceanfront vacation. The living room, dining area and kitchen are adjoining, making it easy to discuss your upcoming activities, enjoy the 65' flat screen or just surf the net on your provided free WiFi. Walk out the front gate and just across the street you have a shopping center with brand new Pavilion grocery store, Chase Bank and more. Turn right out of the gate 300 feet and ahead of you is a beautiful soft sand beach. If you are a Pickleball enthusiast there is an amazing facility located 6 miles from the house on Ford Road. Bonita Canyon Pickleball Courts are open from 8AM to dusk FREE OF CHARGE. Everybody knows me and you can tell them you are my guest. Walk down Balboa Blvd 1/2 a mile to get to Newport Pier and all of the AMAZING restaurants, bars, and shops you could dream of!
