The Metrolink and Amtrak connect Los Angeles to San Diego, opening up plenty of additional options for your vacation. THINGS TO KNOW Please note that there are 40 steep stairs to access this condo. This home utilizes a decibel-level monitor No smoking allowed Absolutely no dogs are allowed, except for ADA service animals with documents. The animal's owner must be one of the guests. A charge of 1000 dollars will be charged for any unauthorized dogs. Evictions are strictly enforced for any violations of our rules and regulations. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a zero-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
