LIVING AREA The welcoming living area features an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and large picture windows that fill the home with natural light. Unwind on the sofa and watch a movie on the 42in TV with Roku. KITCHEN & DINING Before hitting the ski slopes or hiking trails, whip up a hearty meal in the well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a double sink. Enjoy breakfast at the dining table set for six. BED & BATH This two-story home sleeps six guests total in three bedrooms on the first level. In the primary suite, you'll find a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and direct access to the lower deck. The en-suite bathroom provides a tub/shower combination. An additional bedroom features a queen bed and a large closet. Great for kids, another bedroom offers two bunk beds with a twin-over-twin and a twin-over-full futon. A guest bathroom with a granite vanity and a tub/shower combination is shared between the two rooms. A convenient guest bathroom is located off the kitchen and offers a tub/shower combination. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
