Company information

We are previous owners in this building and we represent other owners who offer their gorgeous condos to guests. We are a full-service vacation rental management company. We have 2 full-time staff members, John and Lisa, and they have been with us for many years. We truly enjoy this business and meeting all the wonderful people that come to Miami!

Property information

Our properties are located in a unique condominium complex called Ocean Place. We think the location is the best in all of Miami Beach - we are in South Beach, the neighborhood called South of Fifth, which is quitter than other parts of Ocean drive, but our area is filled with incredible restaurants all within walking distance. Most of our condos have incredible ocean views. Our 2-bedrooms are perfect for a family vacation so guests can cook, have a dining table, plenty of space to stretch out and basically, all the comforts of home while being steps to the most gorgeous beaches in the USA!!

Neighbourhood information

The beach is just across the street. Starbucks is also across the street. There is a great 24-hour casual restaurant called the Big Pink 1/2 block away. A nightclub is also 1/2 block away, but this neighborhood is a much quieter area of South Beach. It is mostly residential, with some extremely upscale and stunning condos nearby. You can easily walk the 3 blocks to the famous Ocean Drive Art Deco section for restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. A car is not necessary but free garage parking is included.
