Aloha, this is a Quiet, Comfortable, place to stay while exploring the Big Island. You will have a welcome book with lots of information for great Wi-Fi, beaches, dining, directions, and fun things to do. All guests must agree to remove slippers/shoes before room entry. Each unit comes with a TV, a microwave, mini fridge, BBQ GAS GRILL, Kettle, toaster, coffee pot with filters, cups, coffee and drinking water provided. We do offer beach gear: Sand Free beach blankets, drying towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, coolers, ice packs etc. The Deluxe Family Rooms has 1 King & 1 Queen bed. The Deluxe 2 Bedroom suite and has a queen size bed in each separate room. The Ocean View community has a laundromat, post office, gas stations, grocery stores, coffee shop, dine in and take out restaurants, etc. Smoking anything is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. This unit has 6 steps to access. (See Amenities & Photos for this unit). Both units offer plenty of privacy, Hot Tub use and both indoor and outdoor dining with great ocean views. Besides basic TV, guests have options to sign in to their subscriptions with multiple streaming services. The DELUXE FAMILY ROOMS (Adults only), private bathroom, and separate private shower. Less wait time with toilet and shower separate rooms. This unit only has 1 step to access. No Kitchen, but does have BBQ Grill, microwave, toaster, mini-oven/air fryer, etc. (SEE Amenities & Photos for this unit). There are ATV COASTAL ADVENTURE TOURS here. This is an AMAZING LOCATION to EXPLORE the Big Island from, and is located approximately--1 hour drive south of Kona--38 miles west of Volcano National Park--4 miles to Kula Kai Caverns--20 miles to Black Sands Beach--18 miles to Green Sands Beach--15 miles to South Point Cliffs (scenic park)--25 miles to Ho'okena Beach Park--30 miles to (2 Steps Famous Snorkel Bay) and to (Place of Refuge Historic Park)--- and 2 miles to Ocean View Community Center.

We are located on 3 acres of fenced and gated property in a QUIET area away from city traffic and lights. Without streetlights, we have some of the most AMAZING VIEWS of the night sky. From this property we have beautiful and PANORAMIC VIEWS of the ocean and south point often with views of huge rainbows. Call in advance to inquire about Early check in availability! PLEASE...TRY TO GIVE US NOTICE OF YOUR INTENDED ARRIVAL TIME so we can be here and awake to open the property gate, get you checked-in and give you your keys. There is NO SELF CHECK-IN available. Check-in is from 3pm-9pm. All stays of 2 or more nights can check-in anytime with advance notice of ETA. LATE CHECK-IN REQUESTS for 1 night stays Must Be PRE-APPROVED within 48 hrs of booking. Late arrivals not pre-approved may not be accepted or may require late fees at owners discretion. If your coming directly from Kona airport, with security, getting your bags and rental car, plan on an arrival time of up to 2 hours from landing.
