All guests to respect “quiet hours” from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Pets are allowed only if noted in your reservation. Renters must be at least 21 years old. Underage guests must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Smoking, commercial filming, tents, and charcoal grills are prohibited. Gas grills, where available, are not maintained by GCPM and are used at your own risk. Renters are liable for any property damage and associated costs. If the residence requires a Homeowners Association application, this may require personal details. Guests are encouraged to complete and return the application form by email at time of booking and no later than 24 hours after booking. Failure to do so could drive additional cost to the guest to ensure HOA timelines are still met, or at worst could result in cancellation of the reservation. If included in your reservation, we are not responsible for the inoperability or availability of community/membership privileges or access to recreational features and on-site amenities. This residence is privately owned and homeowners may make ongoing updates at their discretion, in the interest of providing an enhanced guest experience. Enhance your Sanibel Island getaway with partial Gulf of Mexico views from this two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo. Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. Positioned overlooking the BBQ and Gazebo area, this unit boasts tasteful decor, abundant natural light, and a color palette that evokes a day at the beach. The master suite features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a large vanity. Enjoy breathtaking views of tropical landscaping and the shimmering Gulf from the fully screened lanai. Community Pool is currently out of order. Estimated completion date is January 17th, 2025, but host cannot offer any guarantee it will be completed by that date and will accept no liability or offer any compensation for unavailability of this amenity. Please note that the boardwalk to the beach by the pool area is temporarily closed for reconstruction, but you can still enjoy easy beach access via the boardwalk at the east end of the resort.
