Built in 1900, this home has been lovingly maintained and remodeled over its vast lifetime, all while incorporating modern amenities you're sure to appreciate. On top of that, this gorgeous beach home is fabulously located within one block of the sparkling coastline for easy beach adventures. Within a three-block radius, you'll find Seaside Aquarium and Carousel Mall, as well as all the shops, arcades, and restaurants that Broadway and downtown Seaside have to offer. Thoughtfully designed and impeccably furnished, the open plan boasts original wood floors, shiplap walls, and exposed-beam ceilings. Meanwhile, newer renovations include an updated kitchen with an open-concept breakfast bar and dining area, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, WiFi, smart TVs with cable, USB charger stations in every bedroom, and updated bathrooms. The large spaces present room for your group to enjoy delicious meals together, as well as play one of the many provided board games. For something more mellow, find a cozy corner to snuggle into and catch up with loved ones or read a book from the varied collections throughout the house. The sunroom is the ideal place to sip on your morning coffee, while the covered front porch features a twin-size bed porch swing that is great for afternoon naps. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
