Octopus Garden Walk the rosemary-bordered entrance to this lovely modern beach cottage in Olivia Beach and prepare to be pleasantly surprised by its smart amenities and lovely décor. You enter to a special lower-level living room, equipped with a queen sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, TV/DVD and Xbox, along with two bedrooms and a full bath. Walk up the stairs to another wonderful living room, this one featuring a large aqua blue sectional, hardwood floors, TV, gas fireplace and a dreamy kitchen with a gas range, stainless appliances, and sparkly white granite counters. You can dine together at the large table for seven and three breakfast bar seats, or on the front balcony, where a bistro table provides a private spot for a cup of coffee or cocktail. A sumptuous blue and white king suite on this floor has its own TV. You can walk down a side staircase to the large backyard with a windbreak, barbecue, fire pit, chairs and hot tub. You’ll also have access to Olivia Beach perks, including a summertime pool, exercise room, park, playground and beach access.
