Grocery stores such as Aldi, Publix, and Winn Dixie are nearby for those who enjoy cooking. Free street parking is available in front and 40-amp EV charging in the back and extra spaces. The shared garden has seating and tables for guests to enjoy, as well as a grill for cooking local fish. The beach is only a 10-minute drive away. Our blue home is next to a vacant business with access to parking behind the home as well as the front. We are conveniently located next to US -1 (which is a busy road; apologies for disturbance ) easy on street parking or behind home.
