Grocery stores, 24-hr convenience stores, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance.  If you prefer making meals yourself, it comes with a fully equipped kitchen. The property also features a king size bed with a pull-out sofa in an adjoining alcove, cable TV in the living room and bedroom, a screened-in outdoor dining area, BBQ and spacious sundeck. A little over 2 blocks away is the Studios of Key West - one of the island's most progressive and encompassing arts presentation and education spaces. Sandy's Cafe is 2 blocks away with some of the best cafe con leches and Cuban take-out in town, as well as Fausto's Food Palace, our locally-owned and operated family grocery store with fresh produce, an on-site butcher, prepared foods, a deli counter, and curated wine and beer selections. All of the nightlife of Duval Street is a mere 15 minute walk away, or a quick bike ride will take you to the White Street Pier for off-pier fishing, or Higg's Beach for relaxing oceanside in the sun.
