Next Steps After you book with us, we will send you a message with some friendly 'get to know you' questions. We will also send over our rental agreement for you to sign. Checking In You will check in by going right to the home using the digital keypad located on the front door. Your code will be messaged to you before you arrive. Don’t forget the check mark after the code and make sure to pull the door toward you when you put the code in to ensure the deadbolt is aligned. Communication You can get ahold of us anytime on the app or via our local phone number. However, there may be delays after 6pm when we are home with our families. We have a QR code guest book on the fridge that has a wealth of information in it and can help answer most questions.

Montgomery Estates is one of the most desired and safe neighborhoods in South Lake Tahoe. It's right off Pioneer Trail in the middle of town so easily accessible and close to all of the fun! There are numerous hiking and biking trails nearby. You are less then 10 minutes to Lake Tahoe, the casinos/night life, Heavenly Ski Resort and more!
