Welcome to our Pacific Beach Condo with fresh updates in 2023! Any beachgoer flocks to Pacific Beach for its sunshine, waves, and fun atmosphere. Located just a few blocks away from the Pacific Beach Pier (yes, walking distance!), our second story condo provides everything you might need during your time here. THE SPACE Our condo is nestled in the back of a gated complex. You do have to walk up a flight of exterior stairs to get to the front door since it is on the second level. You get one dedicated parking spot in the alley, a shared sitting area and BBQ (shared only with the other condos in the complex), and a small private patio attached to the living room in the unit. The unit was updated (new furniture, new bathroom, updated features throughout) in 2023. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom which was renovated in 2023. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk-in closet, and a small desk perfect for getting ready or remote working (not that you'll want to be working a lot while you're here!). The third bedroom also has a queen sized bed and a large walk-in closet. The second bathroom has a full bathtub and is wired with bluetooth speakers. There is a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, free wifi, and the TV in the living room is a smart TV and is already logged in to Netflix for you to enjoy. A second workstation is set up in the living room. GUEST ACCESS Guest has access to entire condo. Also access to the parking spot in front of the garage (but not the garage). There is a shared sitting / hangout area in the patio right by the stairs to the unit. This is shared with the small HOA complex, feel free to use it but be respectful pls :) OTHER THINGS TO NOTE **No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and

Pacific Beach is a relaxed neighborhood by the beach, popular with sunbathers, surfers, locals, and vacationers alike! Any beachgoer flocks to Pacific Beach. Trendy hotel bars and casual cafes line the boardwalk, while Mission Boulevard and the surrounding streets are dotted with clothing boutiques, yoga studios and casual drinking spots that draw a fun bar-hopping crowd. Just next door, Mission Beach has one of the last remaining wooden rollercoaster at Belmont Park, so be sure to check that out! Slightly more inland, the grassy slope of Kate Sessions Park has sweeping views of the city and San Diego Bay. Of course you're super close to Seaworld and if you prefer the zoo, just about a 10 minute drive to there. Downtown, the convention center, and Petco Park are about 15 minutes away. GETTING AROUND Pacific Beach is a very walkable town! You can walk on the boardwalk and all the way to Mission Beach if you wanted to! If you want to get to any other parts of San Diego it's best to drive or use Uber / Lyft.
