Be close to everywhere you want to be at this renovated, two-bedroom condo mere minutes from downtown Palm Springs! Step inside to find a bright, comfortable living space with such at-home comforts as a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a built-in wine fridge, multiple Roku TVs, a private washer/dryer, and an expansive tiled balcony with covered seating and a gas grill. On the grounds, you'll have access to three swimming pools (that are heated in the winter), three hot tubs, a fitness room, and a community barbecue area.

This condo is ideally positioned only one mile east of downtown Palm Springs, allowing you to easily reach the wonderful restaurants, shops, art galleries, and nightlife all along Palm Canyon Drive on foot, by bike, or by car. You'll be within walking distance of the Palm Springs Convention Center and the Agua Caliente Spa and Casino, and a quick drive from dozens of world-class golf courses in the area. If you're looking for an unforgettable desert view, be sure to visit Indian Canyons (five miles south) and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (seven miles west).
THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The Utility Deposit is 500 dollars for 28 nights with 125 dollars added for each additional week.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
