Known as Paradise Found, this newly built 3BR/3.5BA house overlooks the beautifully manicured grounds at Palmilla Beach Resort and boasts abundant amenities. Just outside your door, enjoy a community courtyard with alfresco dining and a fire pit. Or take refreshing swims in the sparkling pool just steps from your rental. Adjacent to the 8th hole, additional perks include a boardwalk to the beach, guest services, a golf shop, and the on-site Black Marlin Restaurant.
Spanning two levels, this fresh and inviting vacation home features modern decor, vaulted ceilings, and upscale furnishings. All three bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms and 50' smart TVs w/ Roku, while a porch and two balconies offer plenty of private outdoor relaxation space.
LIVING AREA
The second-floor living area offers comfy seating with a queen sleeper sectional, armchairs, and bean bag chairs. A 70” smart TV with cable and a PlayStation provide evening entertainment.
KITCHEN & DINING
Also upstairs, a modern, Coastal kitchen features stainless steel appliances. Thoughtful extras include a toaster oven, Ninja blender, and a dual coffee maker with K-Cup capabilities.
Dine at the eight-person table, or perch at the breakfast bar for four.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
The master suite features a king bed, direct porch access, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.
The second suite offers a twin-over-queen bunk bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third suite offers a twin-over-king bunk bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A convenient half bath is located on the second floor.
OUTDOOR AREAS
A front porch features a charming swing where you can sip a cold beverage. Upstairs you’ll find two balconies -- enjoy the fantastic weather and views. One overlooks the marina and offers two rocking chairs and two high-top chairs. The other offers Gulf and resort views as well as two high-top chairs, a table, and a Weber grill.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
