After a day spent exploring with your family, return to this recently constructed apartment that complies with ADA standards and offers secure parking and an elevator. Upon entering, experience the inviting atmosphere of the open-layout design, featuring 10-foot ceilings that create a light, bright, and airy ambiance. As you step into the unit, the living room awaits on the left, complete with a pullout couch for two, a smart TV for all your streaming needs, and a relaxing massage chair. On the right, discover a convenient half bath, a separate laundry closet housing a full-size washer and dryer side by side, and a clothes iron. The open concept seamlessly continues beyond the entryway, revealing a fully stocked kitchen with top-notch stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and a smart Samsung refrigerator that can stream music while you prepare your meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, an informal dining area offers bar seating and a dining room table, complemented by a floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door that spans the entire wall, leading to a small balcony featuring a propane grill.
