Come stay at this newly renovated home in San Diego with brand new appliances and furnishings. It’s 10-15 minutes from literally all major attractions San Diego has to offer. It has 3 beds and 2 baths, a pull out couch, and is kid and pet friendly. It has a private backyard up against the canyon with no backyard neighbor. It faces west and you get a beautiful sunset and constant cool breeze throughout the yard and house. Perfect for families and small groups looking for a fun and relaxing stay.

The neighborhood is quiet, laid back, and safe. I grew up here and know the area well, and my mom and grandfather still live on this block close by. Within a few minutes drive you can find amazing and authentic Mexican food, Korean food, Vietnamese food, Chinese food, Thai food, and more. The house is right in the center of 3 major freeways which makes it easy to get to the beach, Balboa park, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and a number of golf courses (fore!) There are two driveway parking spots and typically plenty of street parking. Uber and Lyft are good forms of travel, but there’s also a bus stop within a 5 minute walk if needed.
