Upon entering this contemporary and modern 13th-floor unit you are amazed by floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors which open up to an expansive balcony offering panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The main bedroom with a plush king-size bed offers nothing to be desired. With a private bath offering a Jacuzzi tub just steps away; this is truly a personal retreat. Enjoy the breathtaking sights of the emerald green waters as you awaken to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beautiful sugar-white beaches. The secondary bedroom with its colorful and whimsy feel offers a queen bed and an additional twin and a futon for extra sleeping. The living area lends itself to cozy and inviting furnishings that appeal to the masses. With premium electronics such as TV and DVD players, entertainment is easy throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare an indulgent meal that will please the whole bunch. Serving dinner is a treat as everyone gathers around the glass top dining table to enjoy a light-hearted conversation. This is just the beginning of a vacation full of lifelong memories.

Pool passes included
During off-season rentals, the condo association will be performing routine property repairs and maintenance to upkeep the property for peak season (October 1st - March 15th).

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
