This East End beachfront beauty in the Sunset Beach community features charming coastal decor, amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, plenty of space for your crew to spread out and enjoy their Island vacation, direct beach access, and exclusive community amenities including a swimming pool and tennis court! Pelican's Perch (formerly known as ''Grande Mer'') is close to local shops, restaurants, nightlife, St. George Lighthouse Museum, and a multi-use path. Whether exploring the Island by bicycle or paddleboard, searching for shells on miles and miles of award-winning, unspoiled beaches or just relaxing with a good book and a refreshing beverage, this beach home delivers the best of the Forgotten Coast.
The exterior of this grand St. George Island vacation home offers a large foyer entry where one can enter from both two-car parking areas. It also features a fish cleaning station, an enclosed outdoor shower (hot/cold), a secure storage area, a park-style grill, and access to the outdoor deck, the community pool, and the community boardwalk that brings you directly to the sparkling Gulf beaches. As you enter the first floor, you are greeted with 12-foot floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area. The living room offers a large screen TV with satellite/DVD, a library of books and DVDs, abundant seating including a sleeper sofa (queen) and a wet bar. From the living area, guests can easily access the large covered deck featuring a dining table and several seating areas. The elegant dining area is attached to the living room and has a dining table that comfortably seats eight. Also accessible from the living room is the bright, well-equipped kitchen.
The entire second floor is dedicated to a large main bedroom that features a private living area, a jetted tub, and a wall of windows offering direct access to a private covered deck with unobstructed views of the Gulf beaches and beyond.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
