-1 assigned parking space in secure garage for compact cars only. Oversized cars need to park on the street. Height limit for garage is 7’ 4”. Additional parking available on the street (Pay to park). Make sure to wait for the garage door to fully close while entering or exiting the building.
-Building amenities are controlled by the building HOA office. Please note that the building HOA can close the common amenities such as pool, Sauna, Gym, BBQ, etc. area at any time for maintenance
-Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance.
-This property has monthly pest services set up but in the PNW you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally.
-This unit has a medium size water tank. For larger groups you might want to space out your showers depending on the length and the number of people you have in your group.
-SHARED-BBQ and outdoor area is located on the 7th floor. Building rules are posted for this common area use.
-Trash- trash chute is located on the 7th floor (when you leave the elevators make a right and you will see the trash chute room (labeled)

You are blocks away from Pikes Place Market, The Space Needle, Shopping district and in the middle of 100's of bar, restaurants and entertainment venues!
2 bedrooms= 2 king bedrooms
1 Futon in a open concept loft/room,
1 futon in living room.
2 full bathrooms
2 balconies with the city and Elliot bay views.
All furniture, décor and paint may change due to maintenance with quality.
Check-in requirments (All requirements will need to be provided remotely 24 hour prior to your arrival):
*Government ID & a selfie with the ID for check-in is required.
*A picture of your credit card front & back
*The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in. A copy of our rental agreement and credit card authorization form will need to be signed at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. If the rental agreement copy isn’t signed by the time of check-in, we can’t check you in.
*3rd party reservations aren’t allowed. Please make sure you make the reservation name under the
individual that will be checking in and staying the full duration of the reservation. Reservations can’t be
transferred, or name change after the reservation is booked.
*All reservations 25 nights and over will require a background check. (Please note the background check will also provide us with your credit score)
*For Any reservation 25 nights and over, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation.
*For reservations 25 nights and over and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. Please request the current estimate for this property of the monthly flat fee on utilities.

A. This property requires an in-person check-in tour, Check-in is available between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm on the date of Renter's arrival; a 30-minute window needs to be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance (unless same day booking). For in-person check-in tour we have late check-in window fees that must be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance, the late check-in fee from 6pm to 12 am is 25 USD. No late check-in is available after 12am and the guest must schedule a time for the following day, please communicate with the host for the earliest check-in time available.
Late check in will apply after check in window and host check in only.
B. Check out Departure time is 11:00 am. Prompt checkout is appreciated so that we can prepare the Unit for our next renter. Additional charges for unapproved late check-out shall be incurred by Renter at up to 250.00 dollars per hour past check-out time.
Pets are allowed with written authorization prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in a 1500.00 USD fee (per month, per pet), plus any additional costs for extra cleaning or damages attributable to such pet(s) and per night fees. The authorized pet fee per pet/per night is 45 USD. Stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to 35 USD per pet/ per night. For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to 25 USD per pet/ per night. For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to 15 USD per pet/ per night.
-All the check-in requirements mentioned above and fee if applicable are due before check-in is provided.
-QUIET HOURS AFTER 10 PM
