Hi! We are Carlos & Jenny! We are so happy you took the time to find us here and read about our story. We were both born and raised in Southern California. After having kids and both working demanding jobs we decided to take a leap of faith and start a vacation rental side business at our family's beloved mountain getaway in Mammoth Lakes, CA. After successfully managing that for a few years and becoming Airbnb Super Hosts, we decided to add additional areas throughout California and Arizona where our family loves to travel. From there Surf Snow Sand was born. We wanted to be able to offer families just like us affordable to luxury options to travel with kids and not be confined to a small hotel room. We are completely hands on throughout the entire process. We work with other hosts to purchase homes in popular vacation areas, remodel to provide clean, modern and stylish homes for our guests and self manage all of them to provide an individualized experience for each family we host. We really enjoy meeting families from all over the world and helping them plan the perfect family vacation that their family will always remember. In each area we service we have a team of local housekeepers, maintenance and service providers that keep all of our properties in top condition.
