Things to Know Your parking passes will be automatically reserved once your reservation is confirmed. You will receive an email to the address on file to register your passes with Phoenix West within the week of your arrival. The system will auto-generate the maximum amount of passes your unit allows. Parking pass rates are determined by the HOA, paid to the HOA, and are subject to change at any time without notice. ONGOING REPAIRS ON PROPERTY Beginning 9/2026 through 5/20/2026. Coastal Contractors will be re-coating selected doors and frames on the private south balconies. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
