Walk or bike to Sam & Omie's for brunch and their famous Bloody Marys, then head across the street to Jennette's Pier for some of the best fishing and surfing conditions on the East Coast. At dinnertime, take a short drive over to the causeway where you'll find legendary Outer Banks restaurants including Sugar Creek, Tale of the Whale, and Lone Cedar.
Can’t stay an entire week? PierView 308 is available for short stays and offers flexible arrival/departure options for those who like to plan ahead. In-season partial week stays (three-night minimum) can be reserved months in advance, and guests can choose any day of the week for check-in and check-out.

Guests are required to sign and abide by an online Renter Agreement provided by the accommodation upon booking. This agreement must be completed within three days of making your reservation, or, if your stay is within 24 hours, within one hour of making your reservation. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of your reservation and/or denial of access to the rental property.
