Pinehurst Inn Bed & Breakfast consists of two buildings: the Main House, built in 1885 by R.D. Pike a lumber baron and prominent resident of Bayfield, with 5 guest rooms each with its own personality, and the Garden House, built in 2003 with "green" features that include solar panels that heat the water when the sun is shining, adding 3 additional high end guest rooms. The Birches room in the Garden House is handicap accessible on the first floor with wide doors for wheelchair accessibility, raised toilet with grab bars, lowered sink, and audio/strobe smoke and CO2 detector. If you do not need a handicap accessible room, we ask that you reserve a different room if another acceptable room is available. There also is an outdoor sauna available for guests' use. Your stay includes a hearty three course breakfast each morning, an afternoon snack, and complimentary soft drinks, coffee, tea and hot chocolate available throughout the day. Our bed and breakfast is located on more than three acres, with gorgeous perennial gardens and tower pine trees, and is bordered by Pikes Creek and is just one block from Lake Superior.
Owners and Innkeepers, Becky and Mike are ready to welcome you to Pinehurst Inn Bed & Breakfast and provide you with as much or as little information as you would like about the area and we are happy to make recommendations about things to do and see based on our own experience and that of our guests. We strive to make your stay with us fun and memorable, without being intrusive.
