This unique property is part of a 24-acre property set between the largest dune lake in the country and the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Your view of the water is truly from front to back. Extra perks include two complimentary beach chairs awaiting your arrival to the beach every morning. No need to take a shuttle or golf cart to the beach like most 30A properties. you are on it!
Tastefully furnished with modern design and decor, you're sure to find everything you need here for the perfect beach vacation with family or friends. Prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, dine at the adjacent table, and then settle into your living area to watch TV or just enjoy the view. The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
