There's no better place to experience the beauty of midtown Ocean City than Plaza 505, an oceanfront condo with panoramic views of the beach below.
This air-conditioned condo is the perfect respite after a day spent soaking up the sun. You'll have a private washer/dryer for your swimsuits, a full kitchen where you can prepare everything from afternoon snacks to homemade meals, and an oceanfront living room that connects to a private balcony. There are flatscreen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms as well.
The Plaza Condominiums is an oceanfront property in midtown Ocean City, with grounds that include indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, a half-acre sundeck, a hot tub, a sauna, an oceanfront lounge, and an outdoor bar and grill come summertime. In this wonderful location, you'll be close to all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife in the surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway. Head less than two miles north to Northside Park or two miles further to Fenwick Island, or go south for the day to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk (approximately four miles south).

A 80 dollars non-refundable building registration fee is due at the Plaza building by cash or credit card. Garage parking is provided for up to two cars. If you have a third car then it is 20 dollars.00 per day for the third vehicle.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
