There's no better place to experience the beauty of midtown Ocean City than Plaza 505, an oceanfront condo with panoramic views of the beach below. This air-conditioned condo is the perfect respite after a day spent soaking up the sun. You'll have a private washer/dryer for your swimsuits, a full kitchen where you can prepare everything from afternoon snacks to homemade meals, and an oceanfront living room that connects to a private balcony. There are flatscreen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms as well. The Plaza Condominiums is an oceanfront property in midtown Ocean City, with grounds that include indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, a half-acre sundeck, a hot tub, a sauna, an oceanfront lounge, and an outdoor bar and grill come summertime. In this wonderful location, you'll be close to all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife in the surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway. Head less than two miles north to Northside Park or two miles further to Fenwick Island, or go south for the day to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk (approximately four miles south). Garage parking is provided for up to two cars. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
