1 bedroom, 1.5 bath In-law Guest Suite with private entrance in safe, quiet neighborhood in the Cypress Gardens area of Winter Haven, only 1.2 miles from Legoland. Although attached to main house, this in-law unit is totally separate from it and includes a king bed, bunk beds, sofa sleeper, and kitchenette with fridge, microwave, air fryer, Instapot, and an induction cooktop for light cooking. Full bath is attached to main living area and bedroom has private half bath. Separate desk with MFC printer. 2 TVs include popular streaming services. Sleeps up to 5. Private screened patio too!
I live in the Pacific Northwest but visit Florida often and have hosted short term rentals for many years.
