This house is unique to many other properties in the areas as the pool area in screened in, the pool is heated year round, and the pool area is surrounded with very lush Florida style trees making it an incredible entertainment and private area. The neighborhood is on a dead end street with only 14 houses in the entire neighborhood making for a very private feel for your entire stay with minimal traffic. The house is in a central location very close to downtown Vero Beach, the baseball fields, the Beach, restaurants, and shopping. The house has an excellent open floor plan with an updated kitchen and large gathering living room area. We have large TVs in every room (except the kids room which has a kids TV). There is plenty of seating for dining including one larger dining table, a smaller nook area that looks into the pool area, two smaller bar style seating areas facing the kitchen, an outside large dining table, and a smaller outside table for coffee/snacks. We also provide lounging chairs for the pool area and plenty of seating outside. The inside of the house has the master suite with king bed on one end with it's separate full size bathroom including a tub and standup shower. On the other side of the house are the other three bedrooms and guest bathroom. We love this house and hope you give us the opportunity to have you enjoy the house also!

Private HOA community on a dead end street/culdisac with large palm trees and lush landscaping throughout. There are only 14 houses in the entire HOA community. It is a very private community with minimal traffic and one of the best in Vero Beach! There is enough parking at the house for four vehicles: two in the garage and two in the driveway
