This is newly built, freestanding backyard guesthouset fully furnished and loaded with basic necessities. This is an entire unit, no shared spaces and private self- entry.
There is NO STOVE here. There's a 2 person Maximum. There are outside cameras for your protection as well as to ensure a 2 person maximum.
I've been in the hospitality business for over 15yrs and love to see my guests happy.
This is a working class neighborhood.
