Welcome to Mickey’s townhouse! This is not your regular, company managed Airbnb. This is a family owned, loved place. We poured so much effort in each detail of this house. We hope you feel the love and enjoy this place we call our home. The first floor has a roomy living room, kitchen, and dining; a bathroom, and a laundry room. Living room has easy access to the private pool. The 2 floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We also provide a playpen, and car seat, to host the littlest guests. The clubhouse has 2 large pools, and 2 hot tub. As well as a full bar, a fishing pier, and a playground. It also offers sauna and gym with pretty decent equipment. We also have a car for rent if you need to rent a car. We could also pick you up from the airport if you need someone to pick you up. Park on premises. No numbers assigned and plenty of parking available! We will send you access code for the gate 2 days prior to your arrival I have a 2 year old boy who has bad asthma and is allergic to certain breeds of dog hair. Please, do not sneak dogs in. Complimentary items are exactly that. We provide a lot of items for your stay, but If you require more of these items we kindly ask that you purchase your own and sufficient to last for your stay. The place includes Wifi, Netflix, cable, washer, dryer, pots, pans, utensils, anything you need to feel at home. That’s what we were going for, the feeling of being home. Feel free to logto your Netflix, just please remember to log out when you leave. We respect your privacy and assure you we don’t have any cameras inside the unit or facing the pool. However, we have a blink doorbell in the front door, as well as a camera by the back door. We do not have intentions to spy on you or your family, but we need to know who is coming and leaving our property. . Club house hours are 11am to 7pm every day. Additional cleaning fees will be applied to your reservation for excessive cleaning above and beyond normal use.
