Listing is only for the master bedroom (not entire house). Property is completely remodeled and has 4 rooms occupied with me and my mother. While i'm at office my mother will be in the house to help you with your check in questions. Each room has private bathroom for our privacy. We also have a private pool in the backyard available with prior coordination and your own liability insurance. We offer free street parking and high speed WIFI. There is mini fridge, microwave, kettle and hair drier in the room. We have central water filtration so tap water is drinkable. Property is in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood only 4 miles away from LAX airport and walking distance to Sofi Stadium and Kia Forum (0.6 miles). My guests who come here for the events in these venue really enjoy the walking option from the house. You can also use the K line train from LAX Station and Fairview Heights trains station is the 3rd stop from LAX. Only 0.6 mile from the property. There is a free shuttle runs every 10 minutes between the LAX/Metro transit center and all LAX terminals. Free Shuttles will pick up and drop off at the lower level of each terminal.
