Super clean, relaxing large living room with reclining lounger; a large master bedroom and a second guest room both equipped with top rated new beds. Outside is a small patio and a decent sized fenced in yard. We have a hot tub, however its not anything to look at - but it does work, and leaks a bit, and we change the water so it's ready to go.
