Experience the ease, beauty, and relaxation of a Cape Cod summer at this lovely, two-story home in Chatham, unbeatably located within walking distance of downtown. This is a place for riding bikes, spending long days at Lighthouse Beach, and gathering in the afternoons for barbecues on the back patio. This home is enviably located one mile from the heart of Chatham, with sidewalks leading you all the way to Main Street's restaurants, shops, and markets. With the three provided adult-size bikes, you can easily reach the Old Colony Rail Trail (a few blocks), Chatham A's games at Veterans Field (one mile), and the local favorite Lighthouse Beach (two miles). Beach days are a joy here, with a wagon and two chairs on hand to bring with you and an outdoor shower (with a changing area and a rain showerhead) awaiting your return. Continue to soak up the sunshine by playing cornhole in the backyard, flipping burgers on the gas grill, and telling stories around the firepit in cushioned outdoor sofas. The house is full of subtle nods to the coastal setting, found in the beautiful shades of the granite, tile, and walls. On the main floor, enjoy a living room with a smart TV and Roku, a polished kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large island, and a dining room that's perfect for family dinners and board games. In addition to the three bedrooms (one downstairs, two upstairs), a Pack 'N Play is provided as well. Bonus features of the house include mini-split AC, a private washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi. THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is not for guest use.
