Property information

The Lower Queen Anne retreat boasts a 96 walk score and is steps away from Climate Pledge Arena and numerous other Seattle destinations. Lounge in the contemporary styled living room with the Smart TV, whip up a home cooked meal on the quartz countertops, or enjoy a glass of wine on the rooftop with incredible views overlooking Downtown, the Waterfront and Space Needle! A street parking pass is included in your stay but be aware street parking can be difficult at times. **Note the following house rules must be abided to at all times** -Absolutely no smoking in the apartment, smoking will result in a 300 USD charge per day smoking occurs in the unit. -Losing the parking pass will result in a 450 USD charge. -Losing the keys will result in a 300 USD charge. -Late check out (unless agreed to previously by the host) will result in a charge of the following night's rate, plus 200 USD. -Bringing a pet without consent of the host will result in a 500 USD charge. -No excessive noise or partying, especially past 10 PM. Please respect my neighbors. If I receive a noise complaint you will be asked to leave the apartment without refund and you will receive a negative review. -Any indication of drug use will result in eviction and authorities being called.

Neighbourhood information

There are a number of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance of the apartment. Head North to grab a bite anywhere near Mercer Street, check out the Space Needle only a few blocks away, or head down to Myrtle Edwards Park to go on a jog and watch the boats make their way across the Puget Sound. This location boasts a walk score of 96. You can walk everywhere including downtown, the Space Needle and the Puget Sound waterfront parks. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment that serves the 1, 2, 8, 13, and 32 buses. Or grab an electric powered bike or scooter to hop on one of Seattle's many bike friendly paths- the waterfront is sure not to disappoint.
