Sea Wall repairs to started April 2018 on the south end of the resort and is expected to run thru Oct 2018.
Plumbing project is scheduled to begin again April 2018, with the repair and the replacement of the drain lines both horizontal and vertical that will affect this unit
Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival.
