Recently remodeled 2 bedroom single story condo, with no one above or below. Two patio areas provide lots of choices for outdoor activities. The courtyard patio separates the garage from the entry and the second overlooks the 18th green of the "Challenge" course. Two car garage and space for two more cars in the driveway make it convenient for couples or all singles. The Gas fireplace in the living room provides a warm atmosphere on cool winter nights. Two pools are very close to the unit as well as the main clubhouse pool, restaurants and bar. We include all of the paper products, laundry soap and towels needed.
Enjoying retirement by sharing our Palm Desert condo with visitors to the Coachella Valley. Golf is a way of life now and Palm Valley is surrounded by beautiful scenery as well as numerous Golf course to enjoy.
Lots to see and do in Palm Desert/Coachella Valley. Newly opened Acrisure arena, Music Festivals, El Paseo, Zoo, Casinos, Golf, Tennis and pickle ball.
