I'm a tireless Italian globetrotter currently based in Florida after 14 years in Latin America. I own a few properties that I rent out, in West Palm Beach, Buenos Aires and São Paulo; I personally manage communication with guests while I have a staff taking care of checking-in/out and cleaning. I started my temporary rental business in Milan in 2002 and I'm currently living in the property I inaugurated in West Palm Beach in August 2024.

Welcome to a new concept, a Boutique Shared Rental: A space where you feel the comfort of being at home in the privacy of your own room or socializing in large fully equipped areas decorated with European taste for cooking, dining or hanging out with your housemates. On Sunday we clean the entire establishment, including your bedroom, providing fresh towels and washing and drying your clothes; sheets are changed every two weeks. It's a modern and recently fully renovated large two stories house with 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. At full capacity there are 8 housemates. We take great care of your safety and health: There are floodlights and recording cameras all around the establishment and in the shared areas. The A/C filters have the highest filtration level and all rooms are temperature controlled. The drinking water filter is changed periodically and the showers water is filtered as well. The washer and dryer are managed by our staff only.

We are a few blocks away from the St Mary's hospital, one block away from the Intercostal, a 5 minutes drive from the Tri-Rail Mangonia Park station, the cruise terminal and Peanut Island/Singer Island/Riviera Beach, a 10 minutes drive from Lake Park (Costco, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.) and a 15 minutes drive from pretty much everything else in West Palm Beach: the airport, downtown, the Brightline, etc. The main bus line 1 stop is half a block away. Parking is free on both lines of the street as well as after the crossing.
