Welcome to your home away from home in charming Charleston. This beautiful home is located in the center of the peninsula within walking distance to King and Calhoun street. This is the first floor unit of a duplex and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with gorgeous pine floors, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, lots of natural light and a balcony for watching the sunset. There is private parking for 1-2 vehicles.
Welcome to our lovely downtown retreat. My wife and I met in Charleston and have built a wonderful life with our two kids. We love this city and we hope you will, too!
The Cannonborough neighborhood in downtown Charleston is one of the most sought after neighborhoods on the peninsula! It is within walking distance of King Street and Calhoun where there is an abundance of shopping, one of a kind restaurants and great nightlife.
