This is a place for unforgettable year-round adventures, with a private hot tub and a wraparound deck waiting to welcome you home. This three-story home is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with snowmobile trails accessible right from the property in winter. Come summer, enjoy shared access to a dock and a rugged beach on the shores of Mirror Lake down the road. You'll also be perfectly placed for hiking in White Mountain National Forest, skiing the nearby mountain resorts, visiting the spa and golf course at Mountain View Grand Resort, and taking day trips into North Conway. You're also close to Santa's Village and the Weathervane Theatre. Built in 2018, this home epitomizes the modern farmhouse, with its lofty ceilings, open spaces, and windows framing the outdoors at every turn. Highlights of the interior include a great room with ample seating and an entertainment center, a dining area that opens to the deck, and an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and newly installed central AC in the bedrooms. In the warmer months, head outside to barbecue on the gas grill, share sunset meals at the picnic table, and roast s'mores around the firepit. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
