There is also a separate guesthouse with three bedrooms, one bathroom, a second full kitchen, and a fun-filled game room in the garage with a dartboard and foosball, making it perfect for larger families. Outdoors, you'll also find a six-person hot tub and a firepit for those cool summer nights. This home is on the Pend Oreille River, which boasts beautiful wildlife views and plenty of family fun at Riley Creek Recreation Area. The Willow Bay Marina has a beach, a fantastic restaurant, and gas available for boats, and it is located directly across the river from this home. After Dover, the Marina is the only restaurant and stop for gas on the entire 36-mile stretch of the river. A 15-mile drive will take you to Sandpoint, where you can enjoy beautiful lake beaches and all the local shops and restaurants this city offers. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
