Located on the corner of the brand new Q21 Building, this upscale condo puts you just blocks away from NW 23rd Ave, one of Portland's most bustling dining and shopping districts.
Cocooned in walls of polished concrete, this rental boasts a unique, modern character and is wonderfully insulated against the city streets outside. The sofa in the living room nook is the perfect place to curl up with a novel from Powell's as the rain falls outside, or to watch a movie on the flatscreen TV.
No trip to Portland is complete without good food, and the giant kitchen is every chef's dream. Fully equipped with cookware, brand-new appliances, and a cookbook with recipes from local Portland restaurants, the space has everything you need to harness your culinary creativity! New Seasons, one of Portland's premier grocery stores, is less than a block away for all your shopping needs.
When it's time to turn in for the night, you'll have your choice from three cozy bedrooms, all of which are furnished with queen beds. One faces north and two face east to catch the morning sun. The sofa also folds out into a queen bed if you need some extra room, allowing eight people to share the rental comfortably.
This condo gives you amazing access to downtown's Alphabet District, one of the city's liveliest areas. Take an afternoon to explore the length of NW 23rd Ave, lined with quirky boutiques, coffee shops, and some of Portland's finest restaurants. Satisfy your sweet tooth by sampling the monthly flavors at Salt & Straw Ice Cream, or treat yourself to a truly decadent dessert at Papa Haydn's.
