Although we don’t anticipate any issues, as our home is meticulously cared for, things in a private home can on occasion malfunction especially in a mountain home that can be out of our control. Should anything arise we are available to you 24/7 via Airbnb messenger or our cell phone. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and we are dedicated to ensuring that you have a 5-star stay!!!

We're excited to host you at our River Retreat Home. This home is tucked away on a quiet road where you can truly play, relax and recharge. You will find a beautiful trail that lead you to our picturesque river with endless boulders! There you will find two large decks. The home gives you amazing sunrises and sunsets. Our hope is that you love all part of your stay from the quiet stillness of the trees, to animals/bird watching, to enjoying and playing in the river and stargazing at the open sky

Three Rivers, CA is an awesome little quaint town. It is a small mom and pop community that takes pride in supporting travelers that visit from all over the world. Three Rivers is also the gateway community to Sequoia National Park where you can find the largest living tree on earth. You will also find a local Three Rivers Museum, local festivals, and many family owned restaurants. It's a very relaxing place to get away from it all.
NEIGHBORHOOD LIFE:
This is a retirement community so if you are coming to relax and hangout this is the prefect place. We ask that everyone abide to the household rules and respects our surrounding neigbors.
A Vehicle is recommended.
To get to the home: You will not need chains to reach the house during the winter season. We are below the snowline.
Sequoia National Park
-Chain requirements are in effect during the Winter months. All guests booking a stay between November-May should anticipate the possibility of tire cables/chains being required to travel to Sequoia or Kings Canyon. It is the guest's responsibility to check road conditions and the weather forecast before driving up the mountain.
