The kitchen has been updated with newer appliances and is equipped with everything you'll need. The main level bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The upstairs main suite with a balcony has a king bed and a soaking tub with a view too. This home is equipped with the following baby items for use during your stay including; a high chair, booster seat, playpen with basset, and infant backpack. Parking is out in front with one assigned spot and several available on the street. There is a river trail a short walk away and the other biking and hiking trails are nearby. All your favorite Central Oregon activities are only a short drive away. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
