This newly renovated basement in a beautiful Colonial home has 2 bedrooms and is located just one block from Rock Creek Park with access to downtown DC either by bike, car or metro. Parking!

While you have great access to the hustle and bustle of DC's expanding history - you are a short stroll from the soothing connection to nature that is so rare to find in a cityscape.
