Our story began more than 30 years ago as a small vacation rental office on the cozy island of Carolina Beach (a.k.a. Pleasure Island). As our brand grew, we expanded into managing long term properties as well and quickly grew into offices in Wilmington, Leland, Hampstead, Jacksonville, Brunswick County and now we are proud to represent owners in Washington, NC.
Over the years, our vacation rental teams had so much fun, we decided to expand into Topsail Island in 2020 and Oak Island in 2023. Our friendly staff all live on or near the islands and office locations they work on, with many staff members growing up or spending their childhood on the local North Carolina Beaches. If you are craving a quiet, simple, family focused beach vacation, consider Topsail Island. A 28 mile barrier island that rivals the beauty and peace of the Outer Banks, but with more of a nestled in, vintage feel, Topsail Beach is sure to please. If you prefer to be less remote, but love the relaxed vibe of Topsail, check out our offerings in Surf City, in the center of the island closest to the Intercoastal Waterway bridge, and Topsail Beach, on the southern tip of the island. Then, there is always famous Carolina Beach, on the southern island expanse of Wilmington s area beaches. Carolina Beach is known for its busy and family friendly Boardwalk, complete with carnival rides, ferris wheel, fireworks and festivals. Carolina Beach has more of a family party vibe along with expansive sandy beaches. Kure Beach is at the very southern tip of Pleasure Island, where the Cape Fear River meets the Atlantic Ocean. A slower, more quiet pace than Carolina Beach, it boasts the lovely wooded areas of Fort Fisher and is home to the North Carolina Aquarium. Oak Island marks the southernmost beach of North Carolina, a 12 mile island south of the Cape Fear River near Southport. Professionally Decorated! Incredible views of the sound, just steps to the beautiful Carolina Beachfront, marina and the north end fishing pier. The home is smart wired and has a generator that automatically comes on during power outages. Two bedrooms on the main floor both open up to the back screened sun deck. The roomy primary bedroom suite is on the top floor and opens to an ensuite balcony with breathtaking sunset view over the water. Spend your days running back and forth to oceanfront just a few blocks to the east, and spend your evenings watching boats go by from your front screened in porch.

Parking: Private Driveway with parking for 3-4 Vehicles (Size Dependent.) Beach Cart full of Kids Toys and 2 Beach Chairs for guest to share. Enjoy the Foosball table, Ping Pong table, Dartboard cabinet, Cornhole board set and Bowflex home gym for more fun during inclement weather! Also a second refrigerator and outdoor shower.

Front Screened Porch: Rattan seating with cushions and bright colored pillows seating 7, ceiling fans and a high top table with seating for 4.
Open Floor Plan Living Area:
Living Room: French doors to water view front porch, queen sleeper sofa and a 2nd sofa, side chairs, TV and functional fire place.
Kitchen with granite counters, center work island seats 2, dining table seats 4 to 8 when opened. Refrigerator, range, microwave, wine cooler, dishwasher. Gas grill on side porch.
