British and Spanish nationalities. We live in Europe, but we are owners of Rutland Hill Farm, which was my mother's sheep farm in Tioga County PA for 60 years. We've refurbished the house to preserve its style while adding modern amenities, because we like to stay here off and on during the year. So you'll be discovering country life at its best if you choose to come. Relax at home, in peace and quiet, or walk up into our pastures and 35-acre woods along signposted trails. The scenery is wonderful, the spring water pure and fresh. You'll be communing with nature. Our barn and outbuildings are off limits to guests, but you've got plenty of room to walk around, and you can even pick our blueberries in season! Hunters love our place, coz we have lots of deer! Hosting is Concha's passion, and she loves a beautifully decorated place. We've hosted for six years in Spain, and now we're all set to welcome you to our farmhouse and property in Pennsylvania. We'd love to have you enjoy this unique space, any time.
