This modern 4 bedroom 3 ½ bath has everything you can think of and more. It’s 20 minutes form Pigeon Forge, with an easy drive all the way to the property. Once inside you will be greeted with a semi open floor plan of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living area is an open space with a comfortable leather sofa and love seat. The dining area housed in between the living room and the kitchen seats 8 easily. The kitchen stocked with stainless steel appliances that will have everyone wanting to take turns being the chef. Downstairs is the game room. It has a pool table, air hockey, foosball table, table for card, arcade game, mini put-put, sauna, basketball hoops, and a punching bag for the competitive ones who hate to lose. On the same level as the game room is a huge den with a big flat screen tv, fireplace, and mini bar. On the deck off the game room is a brand new bubbly hot tub just waiting for you to come relax outside. The other two rooms are also on this level.
