This splendid beach charmer enjoys access to fantastic community amenities, including the Lost Key Beach Club, which offers a restaurant, bar, top-deck pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, bathrooms, and private beach access; an outdoor pool; a hot tub; a tennis court, a fitness center, and golf.
This stunning home away from home also boasts a prime location near great attractions, such as River Road Dog Park, Perdido Beach, Perdido Key State Park, Johnson Beach National Seashore, Tarkiln Bayou Preserve State Park, Blue Angel Recreation Park, Battleship Row, and The Wharf Amphitheater.
Located on the second floor, the main living space enjoys a bright and airy open floor plan seamlessly combining all living spaces into one. The kitchen is fully appointed with all the major appliances needed to prepare exquisite homemade meals and a Keurig coffee maker. When mealtime is over, retreat to the inviting living area, furnished with comfy sofas and a smart TV with streaming services, or head over to the covered balcony to enjoy the breeze as you curl up on the sofa. String lights definitely add a chic vibe! The upper level offers two main suites, each one equipped with a smart TV and an en suite bath. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer, a desk, and central AC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
