Other must-visit attractions nearby include T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, Mexico Beach, and St. Joe Beach. Spend memorable evenings lounging on the 400-square-foot rooftop with an outdoor kitchen and pergola, working up a sweat in the well-equipped fitness center, cooling off in the heated outdoor pool, or relaxing and sunbathing on the poolside loungers. This coastal gem boasts a welcoming open floor plan that effortlessly combines all living spaces into one. The kitchen has been appointed with all stainless steel appliances that will help you channel your inner chef and surprise your guests with mouthwatering homemade meals and treats. This home has four balconies to choose from! Two overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and two overlooking the community pool. Sleeping arrangements include four comfortable bedrooms. The main bedroom upstairs has a balcony with chaise loungers while the second bedroom on the first floor has a balcony overlooking the pool. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs also overlooking the pool. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer. **Please note the grills for the community area have not been installed yet. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
