Boasting a shared hot tub, room for up to eight guests, a shared pool, and tons of resort amenities, this is a vacation home that puts you right in the middle of the action. As one of the newest properties in the area, this townhome welcomes you with free WiFi to plan your next adventure and a private washer/dryer takes care of the laundry. Book an appointment at the full-service on-site spa, then unwind poolside. You can hit the gym and then soak your muscles in the shared hot tub, before whipping up a quick dish in the full kitchen. With access to a game room and a movie theater, your options for fun are endless. Treat yourself to a getaway filled with beachside moments, indulgent relaxation, and of course, sweeping ocean views when you book your stay at this South Padre Island gem.
Here, you'll be near the beach with easy access to local attractions. With a location just south of the Queen Isabella Causeway, seeing the sites won't be a hassle.
Things to Know
Upon arrival, Guests who made the reservation must present a valid ID at the front desk. They must be accompanied by only members of their immediate family. For purposes of renting during these times, “family” is defined to include only members within the first degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g., parents, grandparents (including in-laws), and children). (Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.) No two families can share one condo. The front desk will NOT allow check-in if the renters do not meet these requirements.
GUESTS: No guests are permitted to Renters. Primary guests must be at least 25 years old year-round. Wristbands are required to be worn at all times. A resort Fee of 15 dollars/day will be charged to renters, fees are capped at 150 dollars per 30-day period.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
